Really enjoyed the reasonably large and brand-new queen studio for our needs and the way it was setup. A dishwasher, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were very handy. The location was good in a safe area, very close to everything : Restaurants, Arizona Mills Mall and Freeway and shopping stores and mall and several stores and restaurants. Also, Peterson House Museum was 1 mile away.

Every time we stay in Tempe, like to stay here. The hotel has a nice size and well-equipped rooms complete with silverware, the honor system and open kitchen. The setting is peaceful and convenient, really close to heels in the heat, and resteraunts. Again, the property is 1 mile from Benedict Park.
The room is awful.

Appreciated Tempe, the hotel was quiet near good restaurants. Both rooms we booked where modern and updated for our needs, no complaints whatsoever. The location was marvellous and excellant, not far from fast food locations. Again, Sea Life Centre Arizona Aquarium was within walking distance.

It was also not far from Restaurants, Arizona Mills Mall and Freeway, the center of Tempe, or Scottsdale, and a golf course. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Tempe.
